The one character trait I am proud of is my patience. I have developed this trait through many experiences and will use it in many more. A constant experience that I use my patience in is in each and every school day. This may seem silly but it is true.
Each day I wait for recess, then wait for lunch, then finally for carpool. One some occasional days I find myself waiting for a class, such as english. On these days my patience is strengthened. It is used right when I wake up and right until I fall asleep. Every day I prevent myself from skipping fourth period and start eating lunch, or getting up from bed and eat my breakfast at ten o’clock at night, I strengthen my patience. I love and value this skill because I know the times when I will use it. Later in life when doing important, but boring, paperwork I will be able to power through and get it done. Maybe, if I had not strengthened this important skill, I might be waiting for a meeting or interview and decide to go away looking for something better to do. However, my trait has been developed to it’s utmost amount, and I hope to use it in many situations in my later, and my present, life.
